Daxtionary
Creotard — a Creationist, for their arguments are retarded, with which I am definitely not implying that all people who suffer from some form of mental retardation are creationists (what an insult that would be), but that Creationist deliberately act like they suffer from mental retardation while most of them have fully functioning brains.
Dax — short for the Latin mordax, meaning biting, scathing, or sarcastic or caustic in nature. A nickname my “statistically significant other” once gave me.
daxtionary — portmanteau of “dictionary” and “Dax”. Although the word implies a full dictionary, it is actually a mere lexicon of words and expressions I use.
duglish — the combined language of English and Dutch I tend to speak.
skeptivism — portmanteau of “skepticism” and “activism”; the policy or action of using vigorous campaigning to bring about social acceptance of the scientific outlook and skeptical thinking. Also the name of a website founded by me: http://www.skeptivism.com/. Derivatives: skeptivist, which I consider myself to be.
thediocy — amalgamation of the combining form “theo–” (from theos, Greek for god) and “idiocy”. Implies something is religiously insane. The similarity to the word “theodicy” is deliberate, for most (all?) works of theodicy are idiotic in nature. Derivative: thediot.
